Why isn't there a price list on this page?
Because a chart would be wrong more often than it's right. A light duty flatbed move across town, a box truck out of a loading dock and a loaded Class 8 recovery off an embankment aren't the same job, and posted numbers either overcharge the easy calls or undercharge the hard ones. Call (314) 860-2740 and you get your real total up front, itemized, before anything is charged.
What payment methods do you take?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App Pay on any Square link we send. Cash is accepted in person at the St. Charles yard. Fleets and shops can be set up for emailed Square invoices with terms.
Is it safe to pay from a link you text me?
Yes — the checkout page is hosted by Square, not by us, and you'll see Square's secure checkout domain and a padlock in your browser. We never ask for a card number, PIN, CVV or bank login by text, email or phone message. If anyone claiming to be us asks for that, hang up and call the number on this page.
How do I get my vehicle released from storage or impound?
Bring a valid photo ID plus proof of ownership or authorization — title, current registration, or insurance and lienholder paperwork if you're acting on their behalf. Call first so the release documents and the exact total are ready. Storage accrues daily, so the sooner you call, the smaller the balance.
Can somebody else pay my bill for me?
Yes. Family members, fleet managers, repair shops, dealers, insurance adjusters and motor clubs pay balances here every week. Just put the invoice or ticket number and the vehicle on the payment so it posts to the right job. Release of a vehicle still requires the authorized party and proper ID at pickup.
Do you require a deposit before a truck rolls?
On some long-distance transports, equipment moves and heavy recovery jobs, yes. The amount depends on the job, so it isn't posted anywhere — call Brodie at (314) 860-2740, get the job quoted, and he'll send a secure link. Emergency roadside and local tows generally don't need one.
Will I get a receipt and an itemized invoice?
Both. Square sends the payment receipt instantly by text or email, and the desk sends the itemized invoice showing hook, mileage, equipment, scene time, storage days and any admin charges. Fleets and adjusters can get scene photos and arrival/clear times attached for the claim file.
What if I think a charge is wrong?
Call the desk before you file a dispute. We can pull the ticket, dispatch times, scene photos and the itemized invoice and walk the line items with you. Most questions are resolved in one phone call, and a corrected invoice or refund is issued through Square if something was billed in error.
