24/7 Roadside & Emergency Help in St. Louis
Most roadside calls are not tows. A jump. A lockout. A flat you cannot break loose. Five gallons of gas because the range meter lied. If we can get you rolling in ten minutes, we do — the tow truck stays parked. Live dispatch. Small problems, small bills. One number.

The job, in specifics
What actually shows up on a roadside call
The whole reason to have a roadside line is to keep a small problem from turning into a tow. A dead battery at a hotel is not a wrecker job — it is a jump. A lockout at the grocery store is not a hook — it is a slim-jim and a signature.
The question we ask first: can we fix this on the roadside, or does the unit have to move? Most of the time, the answer is fix it here.
- Dead battery & no-start. Jump-start with proper polarity check, load test, and a straight answer on whether the battery will survive the drive home.
- Lockout & key-inside. Slim-jim, air wedge, or wireless clone-key coordination — cars, pickups, and commercial doors. Photo ID and vehicle registration required.
- Flat tire & blowout. Spare mount if the vehicle carries one, or wheel-and-tire pickup and delivery from a partner shop when it does not.
- Out of fuel or DEF. Two- to five-gallon delivery of gas, diesel or DEF — enough to get the vehicle to the next station.
- Locked-up brake or e-brake. Rear-drum unstick, e-brake release, or a quick tow to a shop when the caliper has actually seized.
- Mobile jump for commercial. Semi jump-start, air-system top-off, and light diagnostic when a fleet unit will not crank.

On the call, on the scene
What we actually do on a roadside dispatch
Jump start & battery service
Proper-polarity jump, load test, and a straight answer on whether the battery will hold. Battery swap on-scene where feasible.
Lockout service
Cars, pickups, and light-duty commercial doors — slim-jim, air-wedge, or clone-key coordination with proper ID verification.
Flat tire & blowout
Spare-mount service, wheel-and-tire pickup from a partner shop, or short tow to a tire shop if the spare is also flat.
Fuel & DEF delivery
Two to five gallons of gas, diesel or DEF delivered to the roadside — enough to get to the next station, no more.
Winch-out & light recovery
Cars off the shoulder, out of a ditch, or off a curb — winched back to pavement without adding damage.
Mobile diagnostics
Quick check on why a vehicle will not start, whether a tow is actually needed, or whether we can hand you a working car and roll.
The kit
What we carry on a roadside call
Roadside is about the right kit on the truck, not the biggest rig on the yard. Every roadside unit is set up to handle the volume calls — jump, lockout, tire, fuel — without needing a second dispatch.
Jump & battery kit
Commercial-grade jumper, polarity tester, load tester, and a bank of common OE-fit batteries for on-scene swap.
Lockout kit
Slim-jim, air-wedge, long-reach tool, and clone-key coordination with a partner locksmith when the vehicle needs a fresh key.
Tire & wheel gear
Impact gun, torque stick, breaker bar, chocks and a jack rated for the vehicle. Spare-mount only unless you want a wheel-and-tire swap coordinated.
Fuel & DEF cans
DOT-approved fuel and DEF containers, hand pump, and clean funnel for the delivery.

Straight answers
Roadside assistance — St. Louis FAQ
What is the fastest way to get help?
Call (855) 498-0515. Live dispatch every hour. Most roadside calls have a truck rolling within ten minutes of the call.
Do you carry the tools to change a tire or jump a battery?
Yes. Every roadside unit is set up for the volume calls — jump, lockout, tire, fuel. If the fix does not hold, we can tow from the same call.
Do you unlock cars?
Yes. With photo ID and vehicle registration. If the key is broken or the vehicle needs a fresh key, we coordinate with a partner locksmith on the same dispatch.
Can you deliver gas or diesel?
Yes. Two to five gallons of gas, diesel or DEF, delivered to the roadside. Enough to get to the next station.
Do you take motor clubs — Agero, Swoop, USAA, State Farm?
Yes. Motor-club and insurer overflow work. Tell the dispatcher who dispatched you on the call and we route accordingly.
How much does roadside cost?
Depends on the call type and distance. Call (855) 498-0515 for a firm quote. We quote on the phone, not on the website.
Do you help with commercial trucks and semis?
Yes. Semi jump-starts, air-system top-off, and light diagnostic. If it needs a full recovery, we send a heavy wrecker from the same dispatch.
What if the roadside fix does not hold?
We handle the tow from the same call. One dispatch, one invoice, no waiting on a second truck.
